Flow Into Wellness (T Banks) (June 22nd)

Flow Into Wellness: During this class, we will reactivate the body's ability to heal itself.  This is a feel and flow centered movement class focusing on healthy breathing reprogramming, joint mobility, bodyweight strength, intuitive functional total body movement, and balance.

These courses are only open to Black and Indigenous attendees.

TBanks (she/they) is an elite sports performance coach, community wellness activator, and fitness educator. Through these roles, they have guided individuals on their health and fitness journeys using intentional and integrated movement modalities. TBanks supports folks in feeling healthy, free, and connected in their bodies.

As always, masks will be required in the space at all times. All non-members will be asked to show ID and vaccination cards at the door.  Our space is equipped with wheelchair accessible ramps and diffused lighting. We will be limiting capacity indoors as necessary. Quiet spaces available for those who need it. Our restrooms are unfortunately not accessible to mobility devices.
