Class Policies


Booking Policy

You can book a class up to 3 hours in advance.

Open gym can be reserved for up to 2 consecutive hours.

You may come in early to warm up, we encourage it!

If capacity allows, you can stay and use the open gym as long as you'd like.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

You can cancel/reschedule a class at any time. However, if you cancel within the cancellation window (3 hours) you will not get your class credit back. If you cancel before the cancellation window, you will get your credit back. 

All booking, canceling, and rescheduling can be done within the Glofox app.


Late Arrival Policy

Classes begin on time! If you arrive late, we get it, it happens. Let's say you arrive in the middle of the 2nd set of the 1st workout. Go ahead and get settled then and join the rest of the class on the 3rd set. This means you do not get to make up the first two sets. We've found this to be the best way to not delay/extend class time. Trainers are on a tight schedule and have short breaks between classes. Please do your best to arrive early next time!


Alternatively, you can choose to not participate in the class and simply work out in the open gym, but per our cancellation policy, you will not get your class credit back.
